1. General Rule
All payments made to Expert Coach are non-refundable by default. You’re purchasing access to digital training, live sessions, and limited-capacity programs – once allocated, your slot cannot be resold or reused. If that’s a problem for you, don’t enroll.
2. Eligibility for Refunds (Clear Exceptions Only)
You may receive a refund only under the following specific conditions:
a) Program Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a workshop, course, or session for reasons on our side (e.g., operational issues, unavoidable disruptions), you’ll get:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future program (your choice).
b) Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally paid twice for the same program, you’ll get a refund for the duplicate entry after verification.
c) Technical Payment Errors
If your bank/payment gateway shows a successful charge but we don’t receive confirmation, we’ll investigate. If confirmed as an error, we’ll issue a refund.
3. Strict No-Refund Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be given in the following cases — no exceptions:
You changed your mind after enrolling.
You “didn’t like” the teaching style, content, or format.
You didn’t attend the sessions or couldn’t make time.
You didn’t use the access or didn’t complete the program.
You’re unhappy with your progress, results, or outcomes.
You faced personal issues, emergencies, scheduling conflicts.
Your internet/device issues prevented you from attending.
You bought the program for someone else and they didn’t join.
If you enroll, it’s your responsibility to show up and do the work.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2, follow this process:

Full name
Payment receipt
Transaction ID
Date of purchase
Reason (must meet the criteria above)
We’ll review your request within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Payments can’t be transferred to another person or exchanged for a different program unless explicitly allowed by us in writing.
6. Chargebacks
Any chargeback attempt that violates this policy will be treated as fraudulent. We will provide banks with evidence of:
your enrolment,
access logs,
attendance status, and
acceptance of terms.
We reserve the right to block future access permanently.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
